This artwork is part of a series created in 2017 from exploring a closed salmon cannery in British Columbia that I discovered on a bicycle ride with my wife, Connie, in the Summer of 2012.  When capturing the images in this series, I was fascinated by the beauty of the purely industrial setting, the echoes of the cannery workers still reverberating through the cavernous spaces, the colors that must have been color codes for operators and maintenance and the beautful abstraction I saw looking through the viewfinder.
